General Responsibilities:
Provide onsite services under general supervision by testing, measuring and supervising the operation of fluid pumping and mixing, which includes technical analysis in addition to specific product and practical recommendations for the control of fluid properties. Have responsible for maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by testing the properties of the fluid. Maintains the inventory at customer well sites. Responsible for providing effectual customer service by giving coordinators and rig-site customers information related to the progress of a rig site in addition to creating and implementing solutions to various rig site problems. Make sales calls in the field and on a field office level from time to time. Provides constant support to aid operations in providing customers the most efficient, environmentally safe drilling fluids that are available.
Prepare, submit and report a daily mud reports each 24 hrs to the Co. Man and to the Coordinator. Attending of morning meetings. Carry out toolbox talks, to inform employees about hazardous chemicals. Mixing fresh mud. Control and report mud volumes in pits and in hole. Check Solids Control equipment (shakers screens, mud cleaner, dessander , degasser …). Checking inventory and order any products before they finish and check with the warehouse regularly to ensure they are in stock. . Have good relations with people you work to and satisfy your Co. Man. Steady focused on safety.

Additional Information:
Worked at the BP Advanced Fluids Facility in Baku, start as Foreman Mud Plant Operator, got promotion for Drilling Fluids Trainee Engineer, 2006-2007
Carried out the day to day specification checks on all the fluids being processed at this facility Including Mineral & Synthetic based drilling fluids, Brines which included CaCl2, CaBr2, NaCl and NaBr and pumped as requested
And learning the basic practicalities of handling and storing the above fluids with regards to good separation practices and cross contamination issues with regards to brines.

Worked at the “Fonterra Recourses” operations in Georgia as Drilling Fluids Engineer 2007-2008
Carried out the day to day specification checks on all the fluids. Mixing and running Oil Base Mud. Running full mud check to control condition of mud with regards to General responsibilities.

Work at the “Wintershall Libya” operations as Work over and Completion Fluids Specialist in Libya (Desert) from 2008 until now.
Mixing, Running the brines which include CaCL2, NaCL, KCL and Specific fluids as Heavy Kill Well fluids, LCM Pill, High Viscosity Pill, Sand Propane Pills, carry out the day to day specification checks on all the fluids being processed and adjust fluid parameters by Fluid Program. Prepare a daily mud reports each 24 hrs to the Co. Man and to the Coordinator also prepare weekly chemicals usage report. Control and report mud volumes in pits and in hole. Checking inventory and order any products before they finish and check with the warehouse regularly to ensure they are in stock and follow the general responsibilities of Mud Engineer.
