Experienced, positive, self-motivated and versatile professional with 20 years of experience in diverse areas encompassing end-to-end project management of turnkey projects right from conceptualization to commissioning (Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC & EPCM).
• Strong knowledge in contract management, project management functions in green field and brown field projects that includes scope & cost management, planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of multidisciplinary engineering, interfaces, procurement, overall project quality management, change management and subcontract management, risk management, as well as use of SAP-PS module and other MS- Office tools that support project management functions.
• Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to handle consultants, contractors, and clients, as well as preparing tender documents/specifications & finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ; Excellent understanding of the construction technology for executing complex mega projects for petrochemicals, refinery, gas pipeline projects, skilled at effectively collaborating with clients, licensors, consultants and third party agencies & vendors to smoothly commission projects on schedule. Gained valuable international experience from projects in Oman, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and in India.
• Have been part of the core team in project feasibility studies, licensors’ BDEP design review, conceptual studies, FEED, EPC, EPCM for the Ethylene Cracker Project in Oman.
